Today's project was a friends Suzuki Jimny someone has reversed into it causing this to happen
Slightly larger than what im used to these days i knew it would be a challenge so i got stuck in :)
Firstly heated the area of the dent up, then using a dolly pushed as much of the dent out as i could. Then using an 80 grit disk got the area ready for some filler.
Little glimpse of the bumper with the 1st of 3 skims of filler in it.
Now it has some shape again so got it in primer
Once the primer was hard a 320 piece of paper to take to top off and then added some stopper to fill and pin holes or imperfections
With the stopper set i wet flat the primer using 800 grit paper (wet), key up the rest of the area i am going to paint add a little texture clear coat to get the plastic looking finish back and first hit it with some base coat followed by 3 coats of clear coat.
And the finished product :)
